Rolling Out The Red Carpet

Time is the only inhibitor in providing all the reasons to visit The Old Pueblo. Particularly in the Spring! In a limited amount of time a few things can be highlighted:

It’s a mere 8.5 hour drive from Santa Fe

For the kids: Old Tucson Studios (only 20 minutes from home)

Mosaic Cafe      (Home of the giant tortillas)

Biosphere:

Sonoran Desert Museum  (Two free passes waiting to be used)

Armory Park  (One time home of the Occupy Movement)

Colossal Cave= (Steady 75 degrees in case it’s unexpectedly warm out)

Kitt Peak Observatory:  (Worlds largest)

Boneyard : (For the military minded)

Sabino Canyon

A regular running route

San Xavier Mission:  (Oldest in the U.S.)

Cafe Poca Cosa: Once pronounced as ‘the best food ever’ (or something like that) by Movic.

Carnival of Illusion:  (The name says it all)

Mirror Lab at The U:  ( I may be able to get a deal~~know a guy who works there)

Two MLB Spring Training games just announced. Only two but we’ll take them since the last of the teams pulled out of town a couple years ago.

Ok, time’s up. There’s more; name the theme and we’ll find a corresponding event(s).
