More evidence of urban laziness among pockets of people. Carts nearly two blocks away from the grocery and behold, another two guys walking down the trail with yet another cart. Ultimately they took it further and crossed at the light we did, cart still in tow. Unsure how much further they dumped it. Pure laziness. Ridiculous.
